Severing financial ties to complicit Israeli companies and state funds:We monitor and challenge the financial links between Swiss institutions and international law violations. Our work focuses on swiss pension funds and banks, to put pressure on them to divest from companies active in illegal settlements or those providing material support for the genocide and occupation. ASAP strives to ensure that Swiss investments do not facilitate the maintenance of an illegal situation.

Arms Trade
Stopping arms and military technology trade with Israel:ASAP tries to intervene legally to stop arms and military teachnology trade between Switzerland and Israel. ASAP holds state and private actors accountable to their legal obligations so that Swiss-made equipment is not used to commit or facilitate violations of international humanitarian law or human rights. ASAP also legally challenges the collaboration and trade with Israeli arms and technology companies such as Elbit, that are deeply involved in the military industry of Israel.

Stopping Impunity
Universal Jurisdiction & Criminal Accountability:ASAP works to advance the application of universal jurisdiction within the Swiss legal system, facilitating the filing of criminal complaints against state officials suspected of war crimes, crimes against humanity, or genocide. Through this focus our aim is to contribute to ending the cycle of impunity.
